Shipping & Delivery Policy

EstiBill is a digital Software-as-a-Service (SaaS) web application. No physical product is shipped at any point — there is nothing to package, dispatch, or courier.

Digital Access

Access to EstiBill is provided entirely digitally, through your web browser or the installed Progressive Web App (PWA), using the account you register with your email and password.

Plan Activation

When you successfully purchase a Monthly or Yearly plan, your payment is verified server-side (signature verification and/or webhook confirmation from Razorpay) and your account's plan is activated automatically according to the application's existing activation logic — there is no separate delivery step, and no shipping time applies.

If Payment Succeeds but Access Isn't Activated

If Razorpay confirms your payment was successful but your account still shows the Free plan after a few minutes, please contact us at MyEstiBill@gmail.com with your account email and Razorpay payment ID, and we will verify and activate your plan.
